Transplanted: Evolving a Pop-Up Brand into a Multi-Channel Experience
Transplanted started as a pop-up retail experiment. Over time, I led the creative development of a cohesive brand system that could scale across three distinct but connected branches: a mobile plant truck, a retail concept store (Sprout), and community-driven workshops. My work spanned brand messaging, visual identity cohesion, campaign support, and space-based storytelling.



Transplanted began as a mobile plant shop activating public spaces, then grew into guided plant parties and a brick-and-mortar store, Sprout, to meet demand to invigorate street level storefronts. Through clear branding and strategy, it connected back to our parent company's clients by offering a service that activated underused space, increased dwell time, and fostered community connection.
A flexible visual identity system built to support and expand with an evolving outreach off-shoot.
I created a branding evolution that felt distinct yet connected to the parent company, building a sense of familiarity and community across all initiatives.
